Vox hasn't updated it in years and I doubt they will. For example, JamVox is my favorite guitar amp sim. Then I'll think about it, maybe some of those 15 things will have been updated to 64bit by then, but I few of them I know will not. So for me personally, mojave is fine, works great and I see no reason to leave Mojave until Apple makes it mandatory because they require it for LogicPro or something. There are about 15 things that are 32bit and I suspect will never be updated.
Some I am confident will be updated to 64bit such as helper apps from Adobe, Microsoft, Apple, IK multimedia authorizer, etc.things like that. Many are not relevant such as dpm plugins, for example. Running Go64 right now, I come up with a lot of hits.

on the mac you can install both the 32 and 64 bit version or live as well as easily change the options of the app, or duplicate it and name it like "maschine 2 64" (or 32), so you can launch respectively to what is required of your plug-in sets. the bigger number, like any tool, is not always the better one. you can check the system info to see how much ram you are using and if you actually really need 64 bit. your large samples play mostly from the disc unless you tell them to load entirely into memory. are you creating any songs longer than an hour. that is about 2 hours at 24/96 or 7 hours at 16/44.
you do not need 64 bit unless you are using huge samples that are or the total is over 4G. Why not just run the apps in 32 bit or install the 32 bit version of live.
